 The hotel is beautiful with clean modern rooms and facilities. Unfortunately on our last 2 stays with their park and cruise package we returned to find police in the parking lot filling out a report for a vehicle that was damaged during a break-in. It seems that more security is needed in the parking lot as although our vehicles were left untouched, not everyone was so lucky.

 Hotel was very clean, accommodating and nice continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and eager to please us. Pool was closed, so I can't comment on it. Shuttle service was nice, but need bigger vehicles to accommodate more guest at once, so you don't have to wait so long for return trip after cruise.

 The room was fine. Breakfast was fine. The only difficulty was upon check in I confered with the front desk regarding time for shuttle to port, and was told my name was NOT on any list. However, the manager addressed the situation and worked things out.

 We didn't get to spend too much time at the hotel; arrived late and check-in and caught the very prompt, 6AM shuttle to BWI. But the room was good and clean. We were even able to get some breakfast before the early shuttle. loved that shuttle was prompt, especially on our return trip.

 Unfortunately, the front desk charged me more than double what price i had booked the room for and i didn't have a piece of paper or saved email with me to argue with them about it. Therefore i am having to deal with this problem upon my return.

 We took a family cruise and wanted to "park and cruise". For the value it was perfect; couldn't beat the rate. The only problem we really had was the person checking us in tried to add additional $ to our account due to extra adult in room, when in reality it was already done and an unnecessary phone call had to be made to verify we were telling the truth. Also the hard boiled eggs on breakfast were not that good, please stick with scrambled. We were shuttled to and from the cruise port and that was wonderful.

 Left the car before our trip. The shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up quick when we got back. Staff and hotel was great. Very clean.

 The overall facility was fine and the location was reasonably good (although not as close and convenient as Linthicum Heights area for flights out of BWI). Shuttle to BWI was great by an older gentleman. He was friendly, courteous and timely. Return shuttle was another story. We called hotel immediately upon retrieving our bags and the waited 45 minutes to get a return ride to hotel from airport. I had to call hotel twice to confirm we were going to be picked up. Other area hotel shuttles made 2-3 trips in and out of BWI in that time period. Also, the young female who was driving our shuttle made several hand held calls from her personal cell phone during our trip back to the hotel and even used her hand held cell phone for texting twice while sitting at stop signs and stop lights. This was very disconcerting as it is illegal in Maryland per many obvious signs to use a hand held cellular device while driving. Although the facility was fine, we will not be using it again due to the complaints noted. We stayed at Hamden Inn in Linthicum Heights subsequently and had a wonderful experience with a very friendly and accommodating staff.

 The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff were awesome. From the time we arrived, Dawn assured our requests were taken care of and shuttle arrangements to the cruise port were done. Cordy checked in with us later that evening to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The lady at breakfast made sure everything was hot and available. Christine at check out was so patient with me and maneuvering the IHG app. Last but not least Miguel the shuttle driver was so helpful with our bags and got us to the port . We would stay here again for sure.

 It was a nice room; however, it did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The makeup mirror in the bathroom did not work. The pillows on the bed are too soft and the down comforter too hot. Whenever I changed the thermostat, it would jump back to 71 on it’s own.

 Recent stay booked through Park/Fly reservation service worked well for us. COVID restrictions have closed on-site restaurant options, however. Our return flight was inconvenienced by extended waiting at airport (BWI) during extreme cold temperatures, as shuttle from Marriott was not running because they are short-staffed during COVID and shuttle sits empty/idle, on Sat. evening. Holiday Inn shuttle finally picked us up as sub for Marriott shuttle.

 Car was safe and unharmed. The room was very nice. The lobby and breakfast area was outdated and a bit shabby. The driver of the shuttle was nice. The first desk clerk was uninformed about park sleep fly and needed to find help.
