Convenient and reasonably priced. It made the start to our vacation more enjoyable being well rested. I think it was a great value. I will do it again.
We traveled with 4 kids 3 hours south the night before our flight. This hotel offered 8 days of complimentary parking which worked well for us. We loved the suite configuration as the shower and commode were in separate "rooms" which allowed all of us to get ready on time.
Happy to have been introduced to this stay and park for a respit on my journey. All the amenities necessary to make the stay comfortable. Parking for the time I’m out of town, a shuttle to the airport, a place for a cocktail and a bite to eat, a comfortable room with details. I’ll do this again.

We have stayed here before flying out of DTW. It is very convenient The staff is friendly and helpful. The onsite bar / restaurant makes it nice. It's getting a little old but they are starting to remodel.

I strayed Over night before flyig to Orlando. I specifically chose this hotel for the heated pool and spa. The pool was freezing my nephews 4 and 9 coUldnt stay in for more than 5 minutes they were very disappointed with how cold it was. The hallway walking to the room was freezing, I am one for conserving energy but this was too cold. My room was disgustingly dirty, there were stains on the lamp shades, the bathroom was worse than a public bathroom. I am not high maintenance, I don't require much However cleanliness is essential and this was certainly not clean.
Very great place to stay for access to the Detroit Airport. It was close and provided parking through ParkSleepHotels.
Very convenient location for airport. Love the park and fly however when something happened to happened and I had no vehicle to park this time I wasn’t offered any rebate. Very disappointing. Lot to spend for one night
the shuttle needs to be parked away from entrance My wife slipped and fell on ice. The driver argued there was no ice and he always parked that way for 4 years well he did back the van up another 8 feet and put salt on ice after a few words

The only problem was that the room was freezing because the heat was turned off and it took several hours before the room warmed up
Hotel is fine, but shuttle is for the birds. The return took AN HOUR for the pick up, which will cause me to never stay again
This location was a strep up from our previous stay, and for the same price. Nicer room, friendlier service, better breakfast. We'll come again.
We thought we were booking the one at the airport where the rest of our family was staying. Very disappointed that there were two and we did not have the airport one.

Was a nice place to spend a night.gisl at front desk was awesome for being so slammed and working by herself checking in.did not like parking my vehicle off site.but I will see we we get back.
Our hostess Rita was awesome. The hotel was clean and modern. Someone was smoking weed on our floor but the staff took are of that right away. Our car is in a parking area easily monitored by staff for security. The downside was I picked this Hotel because the Parksleephotels website indicated a 24 hour shuttle to the airport... There is no shuttle. We had to scramble to get an Uber/Lyft to get to the airport on time. That area isn’t well covered by Uber/Lyft at 5am on a Tuesday. We almost missed our flight. Be warned if you have an early morning flight. For the $153 a night I paid with 21 days of parking and $24 for the Uber/Lyft, it was still cheaper than parking at the airport. Just a little disappointed it was such a struggle to get to the airport. I even booked by Uber the night before. Not the hotels fault, but still frustrating for sure.
We did the park, sleep, fly and were very impressed. Yes, lodging prices have gone up recently, but the room was very clean, nice and modern, and with the up to right days parking included, we felt we got very good value from our package. The hotel even allowed us to structure our free parking a free days before and a free days after. The lot is very well lit, and in the multiple times we\'ve used this Hampton Inn for parking we have never had a problem. Great entry design with coffee and hot cocoa available and nice, compact indoor pool. And for us older folks, there is a very nice Cracker Barrel a short distance down the road. High compliments to this Hampton Inn.
Room was adequate. Staff was great. Shuttle was convenient and on time.
