Reservation staff friendly and helpful. This pick shuttle was on time and again efficient.
Because we had to leave before the shuttle and breakfast they had a bag of goodies for us.
Spacious updated rooms with ample parking. Free coffee maker and robes/slippers in the room. However, no fridge and elevators were broken down

Property is beautiful, close to the airport, service is great! There’s one thing I would change - I had a park & fly pkg, & was told to park in front facing the street - that seemed great, and safe ......but when I returned, I found the front of my car covered in water spots (apparently from the sprinklers) that had made their way into the paint (new car, new paint, protective coating), that could not be removed by washing my car, & had to be removed professionally. If this is where park & fly patrons have to park, that will stop me from ever going there again.....
Convenient clean place for travel to airport
Everything clean and neat. Staff so helpful. Food was good. Left before breakfast. Stay, fly and park reasonable and safe. Worth a little more for the outstanding facility and professional staff.
This was a newer hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities. We were using it as a park and fly and it was a bit far from the San Jose airport. Other than that, it was a good stay

I made our reservation through ParkSleep.com , which included room and parking for our car from May 1 to May 15 while we traveled . When we came to check in the woman at the counter told me that there will be a charge of $15 / day for the parking . I told her my reservation included the parking ; she said there was not such a deal offered by Element . I told her I hadn’t reserved directly with the hotel and the promotion as probably only for ParkSleep . She said sorry but we would know of that was the case. I told her I would show her my email confirmation with the details . When she saw it she said that I needed to email it to her , so she can make a copy of it and justify it to the parking and show it to her supervisor later on not to get in trouble for accepting something they had not been informed of . So we did and finally we were able to finish the chick in , not getting charged $15 per day for 15 days parking and go to bed . My husband and I were exhausted after a long day , driving from Capitola and had to get up next day at 5 am to go to the airport for our flight . I thought the hotel had a shuttle and she informed me that we needed to contact our ride for transportation ( after I asked if they could call a taxi for us in the morning ) because that was not something they would do . We found that a bit unusual too. As for the room , very nice and clean , the bed was very comfortable. It was strange that there was not a mirror in the bedroom out of the bathroom . I couldn’t put my makeup while my husband was taking a shower as we usually do at hotels , specially when we have to get up so early and be ready to catch a flight . No mirrors besides the one inside the bathroom . Love the decor otherwise
