The overall property was terrific. Great location, clean, friendly staff. Car was safe for the week. The shuttle going there was input incorrectly and thankfully we realized before it we too late. On the way back, we waited nearly an hour and still no shuttle for this location. Another driver picked us up when I became frazzled and took care of us.

Room was nice great parking for the week . We ran into problems trying to get a shuttle back from the terminal. We were told the drivers didn’t want to go south and it took 4 shuttles and me to start calling the hotel before one took us

Our room was wonderful - clean and inviting, we had covered parking for the length of our cruise and a r/t shuttle to the ship. The hotel even provided a free breakfast!
