No reservation showed when we came to counter at the hotel. They had new in-hotel computer system that had not picked up our reservation from ParkSleepHotels.com. After a delay due to other check-ins arriving, and using our printout from the ParkSleepHotels.com website, they found the missing reservation on the other reservation system and we were able to check-in. The room was fine and as advertised with places to plug-in chargers. The early morning shuttle was on schedule so arrival at terminal 3 with lots of time for Security clearance and to reach the departure Gate with time to spare.
