Hilton New York JFK Airport JAMAICA

The room was comfortable for my daughter and I. My brother and son shared a similar room with the same opinion. Edward at the front desk was very helpful in setting me up with the long-term parking. The food at the restaurant was enjoyable. Our waiter, Lu, was a total delight.

My checkout experience was very helpful! The person was very nice and considerate.

Overall the stay was pleasant and acceptable. Finding the homeland getting in the parking lot was problematic. The lot was typical of a New York rush hour...cars everywhere and no where to park. thankfully the valet parking gentleman took care of everything. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They handled checkin and out meals with a smile and plenty of information. the room was clean and up to date. My only comment about the room was the heating system which sounded like one of the jets taking off at the airport. Overall I\'d stay there again

Great front desk

Check in on both occasions was excellent, shuttle transfers to and back to hotel were prompt and efficient. Rooms were superior to other locations that we have used in the past. Valet parking was a plus. Service at the bar for dinner on two nights was excellent as well as great full breakfast buffet

This hotel worked out well for us. The shuttle was great and fast. The room was very nice and the only complaint is that we had a crying baby next door which couldn\'t really have been anticipated. Breakfast was much too expensive ($26 breakfast buffet), but we simply headed home and ate on the road. Also, the valet was very nice and professional and the lot seemed safe. We felt fine about leaving our car there.

Our stay was wonderful. Staff very professional and courteous. Dinner was delicious and no worries getting to the airport and back which made our vacation perfect.

Was convenient to stay so close to the gate for an early morning flight.
