Everything from the hotel to the parking was perfect. Hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. Their staff was great. Got back to Des Moines, picked up our luggage and the driver was there waiting.

I stayed at the Four Points By Sheraton and it was perfect. I want to give praise to Kemam Privott for making my stay great. She greeted me and helped me through it all. The hotel was clean, the food was great and the location is great. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes so drop off and pick up at the airport was easy. I will stay here every time I need to fly.

The process was easy. Relative to other airport hotels, your nightly rate is expensive. I wish you had a more expanded policy that would allow me to park free at your location for seven (7) days. I can't imagine what incremental cost you would incur. At any rate, I am happy to park at the hotel instead of the airport parking facility.
