Holiday Inn Express Miami - Doral MIAMI

Overall, the hotel was very clean. Room, common areas, food area, etc. When I booked it over a year ago, it included one-way shuttle, not anymore. It is now an independent provider and the fee was $50. Taxi\'s $55. Uber was the best price to and from the cruise terminal.

Great stay before the cruise included parking, Continental breakfast was a perk.

Even though the hotel was full, the staff was patient and kind to everyone. The front desk crew was super nice!

I don\'t have names but the staff, from the young lady that checked us in to the cleaning staff we saw in the hall were most gracious. That is a reason to return.

We got the park and cruise package. The people were very helpful as we sorted the details.

Hotel is good for cruise parking. Rooms and beds are good. Breakfast was good. Car was in good shape when we returned. Make sure the front desk fills out the extended car parking form if using park and cruise.

We did the park and stay for our cruise. The hotel was very clean as well as the room, great staff. Will stop here next time I’m in Miami! Definitely a great value and I felt safe leaving my car there for a week.
